How do you realease the negative energy when you are lonely, sad..What do you do when you are like this?

When I am sad I listen sad songs. Its Masohism but I do it everytime. On the third song I am ready to cry... After I cry I throw some pillow from the bed and after that Im okay :)

I like to go to walk. It calms me. Also read books or take a shower
