I am a smoker for over a year now, and i haven't really tried to stop them, until last week. My friends thought that i can't stop smoking ever and i tried to prove them that they are wrong and i stopped smoking for whole 2 days, but unfortunately they were right - i started smoking right after that and during these 2 days - it was a real hell without cigarettes...
So have you ever tried to stop smoking? Did you stopped?

Number 1 i don't smoke.

In your case I guess that's normal to people who have started smoking.
But if you really want to stop there are rehabilitation centers who could help you up.
Cigarettes is dangerous to your health as advertisement says.

I don't smoke. If you have really decided to give your life some treat then you dont need to go to a rehab just to fix yourself up.
